I was part of a committee of three developers and one operations engineer to define operational excellence standards across mParticle. These standards were defined across twenty different dimensions. I was chosen to be a committee representative based on past efforts to document the backend system architecture of the company and to develop a general-purpose end-to-end testing framework.
